How long will it take to get my personalized Phoebe & Harry photo album/guest book?
Once we receive your photo, albums are usually delivered in 4 to 6 weeks. Each custom album is handmade, so occasionally we will run a bit longer than expected. We now offer RUSH service, so albums can be delivered in as little as 1 to 2 weeks. Call or e-mail us for rush pricing.

What’s the difference between the Scrapbook Style and the Picture Pocket album?
The main difference is the inside of the albums. The Scrapbook Style albums have blank pages that allow the user to place photographs of varying sizes and shapes, as well as other keepsakes, on the pages however they’d like, using acid-free adhesive, mounting squares or photo corners. The Picture Pocket albums accommodate only 4 x 6 inch photographs in optically clear plastic inserts. There is one exception to this – we now offer 12 x 12 inch top-loading page protectors for the Square Picture Pocket album for those who wish to use their own pre-made scrapbook pages. 

The front covers are also slightly different. On the Scrapbook Style albums, there’s a section of solid bookcloth on the left side of the front covers in addition to the photograph. The Picture Pocket album covers are made up entirely of the photo.

What do you mean by “plain paper” albums?
The Scrapbook Style or “plain paper” albums are bound books of heavy stock acid-free paper. There are no plastic pockets or any other means to attach a photo to the page. You will need photo corners, mounting tabs or an adhesive to add your photos to these albums. These albums require more work, but they provide maximum flexibility.

Is the photo actually a part of the album?
Yes, the photo is a part of the album. It is NOT just slipped into a front pocket or printed on the first page with a hole in the cover. We print your photo onto bookcloth and then bind the front cover with your photo. The spine and back cover are covered in one of two colors of bookcloth (your choice).

Are the Picture Pocket albums expandable?
Yes, you can add additional photo sheets. However, if you go past a certain width, you may have to sacrifice the small piece covering the spine.

Are the pages removable?
The pages in the Scrapbook Style albums are NOT removable. These are sewn/bound books. The pages in the Picture Pocket album are removable.

What color are the pages?
The Scrapbook Style albums have off-white pages. Black is not available at this time. The Picture Pocket albums have off-white (Horizontal album) or clear (Square album) plastic pages with clear inserts.

Will any of the albums fit a 12 x 12 inch page?
The Square Picture Pocket album will accommodate a 12 x 12 inch page. The album comes standard with 4 x 6 inch pocket pages, but we are happy to substitute 12 x 12 inch top-loading page protectors instead (at no extra cost). Additional pages can also be purchased. Please note this request on your order form.

Can I get black pages in the Scrapbook Style albums?
Sorry, we only offer off-white pages.

What kind of pages are in the guest book?
The guest books contain heavy stock off-white pages. The pages are unlined.

How do I submit my photo(s)?
First, fill out an order form (go to the Order section of this Web site). One of the steps in the process will be submitting your photo. You’ll have the option to attach a digital image to the order form or mail in a print. For more information on photo size and resolution, see Photo Tips.

Will my photo be returned?
Yes, we will return your photo with the finished product.

Can you make adjustments to my photo(s)?
We will make any necessary color adjustments and crop the image to fit the bag. If you have a special request, please include it with your order and we will do our best to accommodate it.

Can I use a professional photograph?
If you obtain permission from the photographer, you can use a professional photograph. If you submit a copyrighted photo without permission, we cannot complete the order.

Can I put more than one photo on the album?
Only the front cover of the album features a photograph, so typically there’s only one photo on the album. Occasionally, we can accommodate a special request and put more than one photo on the cover, but in those cases we ask that you submit just one file with the photos already arranged (keep in mind, they must be able to fit on one of our covers).

Can I submit photos to fill the inside of my album?
We don’t have that capability at this time but we’re working on it!

Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes, we have a very cute Harry-shaped gift card that we wrap with a box and ribbon. E-mail us at info@phoebeandharry.com or call 404-350-9150 to place a gift certificate order.

How do I place my order?
Visit the Order section of this site and fill in the electronic order form. You will have the option to send a print photo (versus a digital image) and pay by personal check even though you are completing your order online.

Can I place an order without using the Internet?
Yes, contact us with a fax number or mailing address and we'll send you an order form.

Can I rush my order?
Yes, we can now rush album orders. Pricing depends on how quickly the album needs to be delivered. Call or e-mail us for more information.

Can I return or exchange my album/guest book?
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

Do you ship internationally?
We can only ship orders within the US and Canada.

Who are Phoebe & Harry?
Phoebe and Harry are the owner's dogs. Both are mutts with some Labrador Retriever and who knows what else mixed in. Naturally, they appeared on the company's first products.
